A couple of weeks ago I had a dish called Gobi Manchurian which was white instead of red. Last week I had Lasuni Gobi (Garlic Cauliflower) which looked and tasted like what is known as Gobi Manchurian in Bombay. Anyway, the “Lahsooni” Gobi at Junoon was a tasty appetizer presented quite well.

For those in the States, these are like Moz Sticks but less oil and healthier than melted cheese. With spicy mint chutney, these are great appetizers.
