One of the Indian things that I miss a lot is the Kulfi. Creamy and thick ice cream available in the delicious Malai flavor, oh I crave. At chef Vikas Khanna’s Junoon, our desert was a serving of Paan & Mango kulfi.

It was the first time I had paan kulfi, and it tasted like paan. Mango kulfi was just like it should be, pretty damn awesome.
