Falafel in more than 1 flavor

Taïm in NYC was an accidental find which turned out to be a really good find.

As a fussy vegetarian, Mediterranean food is one of the cuisines that I like. Till Taïm, falafel were simple balls of chickpeas to me. However at Taïm there are 3 flavors of falafel:

  1. Green: cilantro, parsley & mint
  2. Harissa: some tunisian spices
  3. Red: roasted red peppers

I was excited looking at the menu and ordered the mixed platter:

(Unfortunately my photo angle focused more on the bread than the falafel.)

The salads were refreshing, the sauces were good and the bread looks nice in my photo. We also ordered the fries which were “meh”
