At a street fair in New York, my friend found these simple potato-fries-on-a-skewer. These are made fresh to order, very thinly sliced potatoes through some ingenious contraption that cuts an entire potato into a continuous Lays shape.

The deep fried skewer is soft and slightly oily, sprinkled with a lot of salt, these juicy slices are awesome.
