Less interesting than they sound.
Discovered at smorgasbor in Brooklyn, the concept sounded great, and for some reason I wanted to try these in a hard shell taco. Unfortunately these were only available in soft shell. Not holding anything against the folks who went ahead with the idea, these tacos were no different than a Kati roll (more delicious though courtesy the yogurt).
A hard shell would be a bold decision, and more interesting.
Good idea, less bold on execution.
