Ready-to-eat Masala Dosa


Idli-sambhar is my ideal breakfast. I love dosas too. Probably the only three South Indian dishes I’d eat happily. Upma depends on the mood of the day.

Anyhow, ever since I’ve moved to the states, my craving for south Indian food has remained largely unsatisfied. Then I tried a ready to eat masala dosa pack.

All I had to do is heat it, add butter and eat. The coconut chutney included in the pack tastes just like it should. This is a pretty good craving-satisfier.
