Goat cheese Tortellini with dried orange

The benefit of having friends with expensive tastes is that you get to attend their birthdays at expensive restaurants and eat some decedent food.At Babbo Ristorante, I had a mouth watering butter filled, goat cheese tortellini which was topped with dried orange and wild fennel pollen. The combination of these ingredients sounds like a luxury, and thanks to my friend, I got to have it.
