Salty soy dripping lettuce wrap

This would probably be one of the better lettuce wrap I’ve had.

Partly because of the plating, and partly because of the flavors. Although dominated by the saltiness of the soy sauce, only compounded courtesy the Gochujang – a savory, spicy, and pungent fermented Korean condiment made from red chili, glutinous rice, fermented soybeans, and salt.

The fried tofu were good though.

Shiso Lettuce Wrap

Sautéed vegetable, shiso, gochujang, fried tofu, vermicelli

Restaurant: Mira Sushi, NYC

(Masala fries at the restaurant are strongly recommended!)
