If you’re from north India you know poori (fried circular bread 🍞) aloo (potato 🍠). This particular empanada tasted quite like it. Slightly gravied potatoes inside a thin fried empanada reminded me of India. Not only did I have 2 the same day, I went to the same stall the following weekend as well.
