While ravioli is considered to be filled with cheese if you’re an Olive Garden regular, chefs offer this Italian pasta in a lot of variety. I’ve had mixed veg ravioli which was good, but nothing unexpected. However, I decided to be bold and try out ravioli filled with butternut squash. It was delicious, a little sweet which was an interesting flavor to go with the nuts and cranberries. Followed by my baked goat cheese tomato sauce tapas appetizer which was tangy, the sweetness made my dinner quite interesting.
