Tikka Masala Tofu
While I’ve often wondered why America doesn’t replace tofu with paneer, Atlanta chain Tim Drum Café has a dish where they prepare tofu, paneer tikka masala style. And it was delicious. Must try. Restaurant: Tim Drum Café, Atlanta
‘Shroom Burger

But the dessert we ordered was repelling from the moment it came near our table. It smelled horribly bad. It…
Indian Street Burger
At graffiti, the restaurant had a limited menu with a footnote claiming vegetarian options of the menu. I decided to go foe their vegetarian burger which according to the chef is India’s pav bhaji. Pictured below, the “burger” reminded me of the pav bhaji back home. Must try.
Veg wrap with mac & cheese
The boring, flavorless veg wrap became a delight to my starving stomach with ketchup and the mac & cheese. Restaurant: Ikea’s café
