Horus (NYC) is my favorite hookah bar. I don’t do hookah but I love the ambiance, the music, and the food. Along with our Mediterranean platter, I ordered an Egyptian dish called Kosharee. Pictured below it had:

Chick peas
Pasta
Fried onion
Garlic & tomato sauce

It tasted as expected, sort of like a cold salad but better flavor.
