One of the best aspects of NYC is finding and eating at places that serve healthy, quick, colorful plates of food. Sliced checks all those 3 criteria. What makes this place better is that their menu entices you to come again and trying one of their other open sliced sandwiches. Here’s what I got on my first visit:
Smashed Avocado served on 7-Grain:
This was delicious and definitely among the best Avocado toasts I’ve had.
Bulgarian Sheep Milk Feta, Roasted Seeds (Sesame, Sunflower, Chia, Red amaranth) & Alfalfa
Ricotta Cheese served on Brioche
This looks better than it was. Quite dry but we still managed to go through it.
Local Grass Fed Ricotta Cheese, Local Raw Honey, Blueberries, Pistachio Dust
