How-to: Microwaved Veggie and Mozzarella Slice

I’m always on the look out for quick to make food using a bunch of random ingredients in my refrigerator. Here’s a cheese and veggie slice that looks nice & tasted great.

Here’s the outcome:

Here’s how to make it, the trick is the pan heat for a crisp:

1. Slice of bread

2. A little bit of pesto spread

3. Tomato slices

4. Fresh mozzarella slices

5. A small piece of sliced cheese

6. Microwave for 90 seconds (or till the mozz melts)

7. Heat a pan and place the slices on it

8. Top it with pepper, scallions, and olives

9. Heat till a light crisp at the bottom
