It took me a while to like hummus and once I started liking it, I can’t have enough of it. I had some cans of garbanzo beans and thought of making it. Here’s the result:
And here’s the process:
1. 2 cans of beans
2. Blended Indian spices
3. Puréed beans and spices
4. A lot of lemon juice and olive oil
5. Topped with cilantro and sprinkled with sea salt
