For all the salads that I’ve had, I didn’t have a salad with no greens, till I came across the Caprese Salad. A simple Italian salad that’s slices of tomatoes with mozarella, some dressing and basil. Customizing this traditional salad I ended up adding some fresh onions, goat cheese and a buttermilk dressing.

The salad by itself was delicious, the herb buttermilk dressing wasn’t a good idea. Nonetheless, a really good salad.
