Every once in awhile I go to one of the higher end restaurants and Upland was one of those. Limited on a vegetarian menu I did not want to try their pizza. My friend recommended the Whole Crispy Mushroom and although I don’t like mushrooms, I went for it.

This was interesting. It was huge and as the name suggested it had a woody feel to it; with the butter and lime, I did manage to eat it. Not something I would eat as a whole, but to share it was good.
