The second most happening event in Concord, NH is a market fair on the downtown street. Among the very few vegetarian options was this Colombian version of a grilled cheese. Think of this as corn bread filled with cheese. It had some sweet taste due to the corn I guess, but interesting.

PS: those were the best hand cut fries I’ve had.
