I’m fascinated by the flavored Mac & Cheese place in NYC called S’mac. I’ve written about some that I’ve had, there will be a few more. This is a simple Cajun Mac & Cheese, not as great as the Masala one, with some Tabasco, it was quite good. Cajun seasonings a simple mix of some salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. The Mac & Cheese had the seasonings in addition to Green Pepper, Garlic, Onions.

As unhealthy Mac & Cheese can be, it can’t get be more delicious than the menu of S’mac.
