Mango & Strawberry Sushi

Haru in NYC is my sushi experiment lab. Pictured below are 2 sushi rolls:

Mango
Phili cheese
Cucumber
Strawberry

Scallions
Phili cheese
Carrots
Jalapenos

You will be amazed at how well cream cheese and mango go together. It’s simply amazing!
