I’ve been to Ruby Tuesday in Syracuse twice. I had these the first time and completely forgot what these were, the second time I went, yesterday, we had these again.

Offered as a complimentary dish, these garlic cheese biscuits are definitely very interesting. They feel dry at times and quire salty at times. Soft from the inside and slightly harder from the outside, the biscuits sure are tasty appetizers.
